YB 12 Coaches are trained and supported by us to make a difference in the lives of people. As a YB 12 Coach you can choose to work with individuals clients, small groups or even employee groups of businesses.

We offer our Youth potential program for teenagers free of charge and you can participate in this program as well if you like the idea of making a difference in the lives of teens.

There is often little to no ongoing support nor is there a structured collaborative approach to helping you secure clients.

Are you really good at convincing people to buy your services?

Can you back yourself to drag in new customers, and really truly generate revenue for the business?

We need a new person to join the team in Auckland. With the support of a full officeteam, we need a person who will properly run an end-to-end recruitment desk in our Practice model.

We’re a big enough organisation that you will have full accounting, IT, and admin support. Your data entry will be done, and you don’t have to clean the toilets, or run the Social Club as well as trying to do your job, but you will be extremely busy.

We’re also small enough, that you will work alongside the company directors every day.

We will also take a chance on you if you want to convert and try out recruitment with us.

You’ll be given a desk, a phone, a carpark, lots of training and support, and rewarded with a generous commission while you learn and convert to being a recruiter.

We’ll try and convince you of how hard it is, but we’ll genuinely support you into giving it a shot, if you are prepared to work hard at it.

You can work part-time, and you can work from home, so long as you can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week focused on our business, and spend time in the office with us while you are learning.
