The SM&B role reports directly to the Operations Manager and the key responsibility of thisroleis to develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluating market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plan changes as needed. To oversee and execute all marketing, advertising and promotional design, production and execution. To presentSale St function business to large scale clients and seek out function business through established contacts and by networking our business.
Key duties:
  • Develop annual marketing plan
  • Propose, develop and execute innovative marketing opportunities
  • Execution of effective marketing within monthly budgets
  • Maintain, manage and grow database and ensure monthly email is executed
  • Manage all aspects of design and production of Marketing Material
  • Manage all web based marketing including but not limited to all Face book pages, Sale St website, Twitter
  • Prepare a monthly marketing report covering expenditure and direct revenue
  • Ensure brand is kept fresh by ensuring 4 wall marketing is kept fresh
  • Maintain and manage relationship with PR agents with Operations Manager
  • Maintain brand architecture and ensure Sale St image both in venue and in public domain keeps its high standards

Landpower is a successful New Zealand owned company with a strong retail presence across Australasia; selling and servicing some of the worlds leading European farm machinery primarily through its 12 CLAAS Harvest Centres. For its bustling sales and marketing environment, Landpower is seeking an experienced and focussed Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join its high performing team to support the efforts of the head office and retail dealership network.

Responsible for coordinating and supporting sales and marketing activities including advertising, communications, online media, promotional materials, media relations, events and sales programs the successful candidate will report to the Group People & Brand Manager and work in close consultation with the product management team. Involved in planning sales/marketing activity, this role will also proactively respond to ad-hoc sales/marketing requests as well as providing effective and timely administrative support. Liaising with stakeholders including Account Managers, media and suppliers with regards to brand and product, expertise in brand compliance will come into effect, with the role providing both guidance and support in line with Landpowers advertising and promotional strategy.

We are looking for a creative, influential individual who can work well autonomously once direction is given. Somebody who can remain grounded under pressure, maintaining a sense of responsibility in terms of their personal contribution to a positive working environment. You will have demonstrated experience in Desktop Publishing, In-house Design, Adobe Illustrator or Dreamweaver as well as a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales and marketing coordination role preferably within the agricultural sector. A Degree in Marketing or similar is preferred but not essential.

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, candidates should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel) and a good understanding of internet/intranet development & updating. On top of these qualities we are seeking someone with highly developed communication & customer services skills who is committed to their own ongoing personal and professional development.
