We are looking for 3 top quality team members to join our Customer Services,Contact Delivery team. Two roles are based in Wellington and one in our Te Rapa site in Hamilton.

Advisors in our Real Time Application team implement strategies to effectively manage resources, channels and workflows in real time, across multiple sites. The team is also responsible for support and system maintenance of our telephony and contact management platforms.

This is a fast paced and responsive work environment where making effective decisions quickly in a changing dynamic setting is a must.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Sound IT knowledge
  • Good systems thinking
  • The ability to problem solve and make decisions.
  • A well developed ability to critically analyse information.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Experience in a call centre environment and resource planning, rostering and queue management would be well considered.

You must be able to work the contracted hours of work between 7.25am -8.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00pm 5.00pm Saturday.
