Part of a team of two Accounts Payable Clerks, you will enjoy the benefits of working in a team but also being responsible for your own work as the work is split amongst different companies in the Group.The role is full function Accounts Payable from data entry to invoice authorization to payment runs to supplier statement reconciliations. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role requires sound understanding of the Accounts Payable cycle as you will often be required to problem solve. Communication within the business and to external parties is a crucial part of this position, so a background or ability to provide strong customer service is essential. Working within this busy environment requires a strong administration background and methodical approach to information. Your outstanding organizational ability is essential.You will be working both on email and phone but we are looking for someone who can get involved in the wider team, including going to see people in person to follow up. This is an exciting role and one which offers a wider spec than your typical Accounts Payable position.
