Our Collections team provide a vital administration service to our Australian customers. You will be processing collections applications with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.We are looking for several customer-focused people to join our team for a fixed term. It is important that you have a great eye for detail, excellent time management, and the desire to get it right first time, every time for our customers.Key accountabilities include:

  • Strong data entry and PC navigation skills
  • Well developed written and numerical skills
  • Proven time management experience.

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced administrator who has demonstrated high levels of data entry speed and accuracy. You will be familiar with working in a fast-paced, open-planned environment where customer satisfaction is your number one priority.
