- My client is looking for a star – you will be a Customer Service Clients advocate with a proven background managing key accounts within Asia in a large global freight forwarding firm you have dealt with all the shipping lines in the region?

- Customer Centric – an integral part of the role is managing the customer relationships and their accounts from placing new customer service purchase orders, managing shipping lines regarding bookings, vessel connections and liaising with shipping lines to develop positive working relationship ensuring compliance are meet. Ensure all phone calls are cleared and actioned daily.Providing quality customer feedback in a professional consultative manner.Retention of key customers is key in this role.
- Bookings – Managing the purchase orders and timeframes accurately keeping all relevant booking information up to date. Updating client status. Email, fax, correspondence.
- FCL schedules are kept up to date.
- Track and Trace provide a full track and trace service to customers.
- Invoicing – and filing, documentation within correct timeframes.
- Managing all communications emails, phone, faxes processed in a timely manner.
- Problem Solving and Issue resolution resolving customer account/credit queries, solving problems, implementing solutions. Focus on continuous improvement at all times.
- Use import knowledge to process orders efficiently and effectively.

A Solid knowledge of the Asian region and the sea freight supplies/ shipping lines is essential.

MS Word and Excel and fast accurate data entry stills are essential.You have a terrific sense of humour and are a real team player.You are customer centric.
