Our client is responsible for providing electricity to customers in the Wellington region. It’s a service we all take for granted, but one that takes work and commitment form a dedicated team.
With a desire to provide the best service possible, our client is continuing to expand their network and are looking for a Network Projects Manager to join the team.
In this position, you will be responsible for:

Managing Capex network projects as assigned
-
Undertake or arrange detailed project design work
-
Prepare Project scope and implementation documentation
-
Coordinate and oversee the project construction, commissioning and hand over.

Its a job that will require experience and to be successful you will:

Be qualified with a least NZCE /REA or BE Electrical, Power or similar

Have at least 5 years Electricity Distribution industry experience
-
Have Electrical Network Project Engineering/ Management experience

Have Electrical design skills as well as your Project Management skills.
Theres more of course, but you get the idea.
This is a job that will require diplomacy, tact, and good problem solving skills, a good financial understanding and the ability to communicate, listen and act decisively.
