We are looking for an Accounts and Administration support person who can support the accountant by covering:
- General accounts receivable duties
- Debtor invoicing
- General administration
- Data entry and system maintenance
- Ad-hoc office duties
To succeed in this role you will:
- Have experience within an accounts/administrative role
- Have dealt with a sales team from an administrative and accounting perspective with an understanding of margins
- Be strong in both accounts payable and receivable
- Have intermediate to advanced Word and Excel
- Have accurate data entry skills.
- Be a good lateral thinker
- Have the ability to understand the overall business and your part in it
- Have a fantastic phone manner
Having excelled in previous roles you will have moved up the ladder and will be able to demonstrate an ambitious drive to succeed. As a perfectionist (or close to) you will have an inclination towards process. With outstanding attention to detail, you will be confident juggling a multitude of tasks at one time and will be comfortable standing your ground with a range of people (both internal and external).
Positive and enthusiastic, you will be well presented both in person and in your production of documentation for clients.
