Our Tertiary Education client currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their Christchurch based Finance Team for a fixed term role until March 2012.The purpose of the role is to provide a professional and comprehensive accounts receivable service to customers, including processing of fees, loans and the scholarship process. You will also be ensuring that fees are collected accurately and reconciled appropriately.Key Responsibilities: Advisory and Customer Service. Fee Adjustments and reconciliation of loan accounts is applied in an accurate and timely manner. Management and Maintenance of Verification of Files. Process, Accept and Receipting for Loans. Administration: All invoices and credit notes are entered promptly and to the correct amounts in a timely manner.This would be a perfect opportunity for those who are looking for a short term role with a reputable company where you will enjoy some new challenges.
