Learning and Development is a priority for Westpac!Reporting to an innovative and empowering Learning Strategy and Design Manager, your ability to conduct needs analysis and consult regarding these, combined with your engaging style will enable you to successfully deliver learning programmes. Communication is critical, written and verbal as you will be responsible for face to face, on-line and written programmes across the bank.You will have a true love of the learning domain and a desire to build and source the best learning solutions to enable our people to achieve. You will need to ensure these solutions are consistent and are aligned to Bank standards.Key Deliverables:
- Identify and agree appropriate learning solutions with Project Design Manager/Learning Manager
- Design of learning solutions including facilitation guides and learner material
- Work with external parties on resources to build the best possible learning solution
- Engage with business subject matter experts to develop content
- Work with key stakeholders to establish networks for exchange of information
- Build on learning solutions and technologies to drive learning transfer
- Provision of creative, innovative and high quality solutions
What we need: Experience with audio and visual design and development of training initiatives Demonstrated experience creating presentations Experience writing for media and with delivery formats Proven project management skills (managing multiple projects and timeframes) Ability to work in a matrix organisation Technical savvy combined with artistic flair Previous experience in instructional design in a corporate environment Superb attention to detailJoin our (did we mention vivacious) team, and as a Westpac staff member, you will quickly find a huge list of benefits that truly set us apart.
