- Prepare accurate and professional estimates while ensuring competitive prices
- Strong ability to work to deadlines and complete projects within timeframes
- Undertake take offs from schedules, data sheets and drawings
- Conduct site visits where required
- Ensure rates are competitive whilst ensuring risk analyses are undertaken in accordance with tendering procedures and processes
- Identify business opportunities
As Maintenance Estimator you will need:-
- Mechanical Qualifications Trade or Engineering
- Experience in estimating of mechanical maintenance or similar
- Preferably experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial or mining industries
- Extensive experience in medium to large scale projects for large businesses
