Thisservices business known to all is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Payroll / HR Officer to support the payroll and HR function and be a part of professional and fun team. Therole requires a technically sound payroll officer to assist the HR Finance Manager with end to end payroll and HR duties. This organisation offers excellent employee benefits above and beyond the normal and would be a perfect opportunity for a Payroll / HR Officer looking for stability as well as flexibility in their work and also looking to gain more exposure to the HR field.
The role will include the following:
- End to end payroll for under a 100 staff
- Dealing with variousHR Issues
- Creating employment contracts, letters of offers, variation agreements etc.
- Creating variousreports
- Helping with ad hocrecruitment
- Completion of Statutory returns
To be considered for this position you ideally:
- Will have a proven track record in a similar position
- Haveanup to date knowledge of NZ legislation
- Preferably a sound knowledge of an ERP system
