We have an opportunity for an Education Sector Advisor who has experience in policy-making, strategic planning, budgeting, management, coordination, implementation, monitoring and review of the education programme and structure.
Your role will be to assist and advise management teams to improve the quality of and access to education in this developing country. You will further develop and improve management of a monitoring and evaluation system, review the education sector structure, implement new policies as well as mentor and coach staff. An essential element of the role is to establish and maintain strong relationships.
To be considered for the role you must have international experience in a senior management, advisory or coordination role of public service delivery preferably in education in a developing country. You must also have a Masters level qualification, or higher. More information is available to those candidates who can demonstrate proven experience in the above.
This is a two year contract opportunity starting March 2012. Negotiable hourly rate.
