Villa Maria Wine Estates is looking for a Company Brands Manager to lead our Brand and Design team. This is a challenging role, based at our award-winning winery and Vineyard Park, minutes from Auckland Airport.You will have responsibility for our full portfolio of wine brands, with specific responsibility for the Villa Maria Wine Estates Company brand. The primary focus for the role is to build brand equity. This is your opportunity to strengthen an iconic New Zealand brand, with involvement in strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, and to contribute to the development of our brands globally.Reporting directly to the General Manager Commercial, of Villa Maria Wine Estates, you will:
- Be responsible for the creative and consistent application of brand guidelines throughout all promotion and promotional collateral, including social media and packaging.
- Ensure brand strategies and brand communication plans are in place and executed.
- Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, to ensure they are fully conversant with our brands and brand stories.
- Manage a creative team, including Designers, Brand Managers and Communications specialists.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- a passion for New Zealand wine
- at least 5 years brand management experience (preferably in wine, FMCG, and/or luxury goods)
- proven skills in team leadership
- experience in design, promotions, campaigns and events
- excellent attention to detail, time management, administrative and fantastic communication skills
- a relevant tertiary qualification
