Permanent, Full-time positionVacancy 5652We are seeking an Enforcement Officer to join our Enforcement Team in the Inspections & Enforcement Unit.Enforcement Officers ensure compliance with the Resource Management Act (which encompasses the rules of the City Plan), Building Act, Bylaws and Local Government Act as well as providing general and technical information to the community and dealing with complaints and enquiries in an efficient and objective manner.Knowledge of the legislation related to Building Control, Resource Management Act or the Local Government Act is required and training will be provided.
