A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Audi services department for a driven and motivated Workshop Controller to join the team.
The successful candidate will come from a mechanical background, with working knowledge of all areas of the department and possess the leadership skills to motivate the team to exceed targets and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will be diverse, including identifying technician skills set and training needs, allocating jobs and implementing the successful completion of all repair orders, monitoring work progress as well as providing back up support to the Service Advisors.This would be a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Workshop Controller preferably with Audi brand experience, looking for their next step forward. A competitive remuneration package is offered including use of a company vehicle.
