Genuine passion around the Sports/Athletics Industry
- Retail Management experience is necessary (5 years minimum)
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic go-getter who thrives on leading his team to success
- Ability to lead, motivate andFIRE up your sales team
- Develop, motivate/inspire your team, your store and your customers
- Flexible & reliable to work in a demanding retail environment
- Great merchandising, back office operations & stock control skills
