We are looking for aFASHION STORE MANAGER to share in this companies vision. Your obsession with style along with a positive customer focused attitude will see you thrive in this role. X-Factor is a must have quality. You will be responsible for a team of up to 5 direct reports.
As STORE MANAGER you will ideally :
- BeDRIVEN to achieve and EXCEED sales targets
- Ability to motivate and lead a sales team
- Committed professional who is passionate about a career in retail
- High standard of personal presentation and love of FASHION
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Enjoy working within a driven sales team

Previous Management (hospitality, sales or retail) experience or you could be an Assistant Manager ready to step up into this Store Management role.
What’s on offer? You will be rewarded with a very competitive base salary, weekly commission scheme, incentives and staff discount. You will be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
