Duties involved aren’t what you would call “usual” to retail and, provided you are happy to take a hands on approach certainly offer up a varied and exciting day!
This role is predominantly a training and coaching role so if you love coaching and driving large teams and want to get in to a training role then this is the one for you!
The Ideal applicant will possess:
- Previous retail management experience in large format.
- Patience, professionalism and a great work ethic.
- Exceptional motivational and leadership qualities.
- A strong sales focus with a proven track record.
- You will need to have been management for at least 4 years
