We are currently looking for a Senior Software Auditor to work closely with our business and technology audit colleagues to ensure that key risks are identified and assessed in the program of audit coverage. Key responsibilities include:
  • Plan, execute, document and draft audit reports for audits.
  • Perform audit work in accordance with department and professional standards, and complete assignments in an efficient manner.
  • Stay up to date with evolving industry and regulatory changes impacting the business and technology environment.
  • Monitor key risk indicators, significant change activities and escalation of emerging issues to management in a timely fashion.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision. To be successful, demonstrating the following technical skills and experience would be advantageous:
  • Highly proficient with Excel
  • Strong data analysis and experience leveraging audit technology
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Client engagement and stakeholder management essential at a high level as well as the ability to converse with management in order to participate in risk assessment, scope definition, and development of the most effective audit approach
  • Strong knowledge of processes and risk
  • Providing quality information to assist management in managing business and control risk exposures, regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure audits are conducted efficiently and to a high standard, highlighting exposures in internal controls and ensuring that any deficiencies are brought promptly to management’s attention for corrective action.
