The Lake Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre, located in beautiful Wanaka, is after an exceptional Manager to oversee and run the operation, providing information and booking services to visitors to our region and further afield.Were after someone with a reputation as a leader that can take a great business and turn it into an exceptional one. Youll be charged with supporting and nurturing our team of frontline sales stars to ensure visitors stay longer and do more in Wanaka. Youll need to have the skills and aptitude to grow the business beyond its traditional boundaries, to embrace new technology and methods to reach out to potential customers – via phone, email, web travel sites and social media in addition to those people walking in through the front door expecting excellent customer services delivered with a smile.Were looking for a leader and manager with proven business acumen who can see the big picture while still being able to connect with the frontline. Ideally youll hold business qualifications, be experienced in hands on development of highly successful businesses, nurturing and growing teams, and like to have fun in the workplace.
