An exciting new opportunity exists for a care support worker to join our team on acasual basis.
Work is based in residential homes for people with disabilities in rural Christchurch.
In this role, your key duties will include…
  • Cooking
  • Cleaning
  • Personal care
  • Dispensing medication
  • All general household courses
  • The position involves all aspects of care for adults with an intellectual disability
To be a successful candidate for this role, it is essential that you…
  • Must have English as a first language,
  • Empathetic
  • Good time management
  • Reliable
  • A good sense of humour is essential as is empathy and respect for those in your care
  • Experience in the industry is preferred but not essential
  • We will be provided a first aid course and police check.
