Customer Insight AnalystNationally focused organization requires a strong Insight Analyst for their Customer Strategy Team.You’ll have solid SAS and technical SQL skills and will be able to successfully apply this data which will be crucial to delivering information from the customer base and adding value to the wider business. Your insights will lead to both the development of customer strategy at a theoretical, analytical and operational level to support the sales, service and operations teams.You’ll be able to work autonomously and will have broad scope to deliver results.
