An exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Director; build strong relationships; influence outcomes delivering exceptional customer service and play an integral part in the success of the Darwin team.

Working with this company you will be part of the senior team living and working in Darwin as an Account Director. To succeed in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of managed service provision within enterprise class ICT environments
- Proven management experience within contemporary multi provider outsourcing models, in particular within a government vertical.
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong track record in the management and maintenance of effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A creative approach to problem solving
- Knowledge and understanding of the ITIL framework
- A passion for people and a clear focus on the delivery of exceptional customer service
- A reputation for being a leader that people respect and follow
