With full control and accountability for the F&B department, you will oversee Restaurant and Bar facility. With full control and accountability for theconference & banqueting department, this will be achallengingbut rewarding position for someone with exposure to large conferencing. With facilities for 850pax, this willstretchyour skills set and challenge you mentally.Theideal person will have at least 5 years Banqueting Operations experience with two years at a supervisory level. You will have the ability to organise work schedules and develop inter-departmental/ inter-personal communications skills between staff and guests. Initiative, calmness (even in stressful situations), tact, honesty and flexibility are allprerequisitesfor thisposition.RESTAURANT AND BANQUETSSUPERVISOR -$45-$50K + SUPERWith full control and accountability for a designated department, you will oversee the Food & Beverage staff including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Conference and Banquets facility. Mad about great food and wines and understanding the meaning of hospitality are prerequisites.You will have a proven track record of success in Food and Beverage, showing you have the commercial capability to maximise profit, control costs and build customer loyalty.
