Closing 20/11/11This permanent position creates an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, who is comfortable in providing ER/IR advice, to join the Management team at The Princess Margaret Hospital.You will be able to use your experience in providing the full range of HR and ER/IR advice to Managers principally at The Princess Margaret Hospital but also at Burwood Hospital, both hospitals being part of the Older Persons Health & Rehabilitation Group.You will work closely with the General Manager, Group Operations Manager and Service Managers. You will have the full support of the Christchurch based corporate and operational HR team who are implementing a new HR Strategy for the Organisation. The nature of this role and the location mean that you will need to feel confident in your ability to work without close supervision on a day to day basis.
