What would you be doing?
Youll be working as a Senior Manager in our rapidly growing Risk & Control Solutions practice as part of the Security & Technology team, providing leadership and mentoring to junior and senior associates, and managers. This is a great opportunity to bring new services to market, and to be at the crest of the wave of new and exciting security trends. Youll be a part of the ongoing development of a team offering a unique range of services that is unmatched in the market
The Security & Technology group is an integral part of the Risk and Control Solutions team, undertaking a variety of security and IT controls reviews, testing and security design and implementations across a wide range of public and private organisations, helping them manage risk at a strategic and tactical level.
What youll need to bring to the role
This opportunity requires a broad range of technical IT skills and IT security knowledge, including:Operating systems security Database security Application security and control Security management Security frameworks, policies and standards Internet security Disaster recovery Security risk management Identity management Physical security Penetration testing
Ideally you will have proven experience as a Senior Manager within a professional services environment, or perhaps you will come from a consulting background. Alternatively, should your experience not be from these sectors, we will consider applications from candidates who can demonstrate a genuine appreciation of a professional services environment and who can display commitment and passion for providing assurance and advice to clients.
It goes without saying that you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to guide and influence teams as well as deliver presentations. Youll be a key team member who can demonstrate the ability to facilitate and present, and have proven experience in effectively managing time and multiple work streams while balancing competing interests.
