My client is a well known supplier of aftermarket automotive parts. They have a great reputation for providing quality parts and service, and have a warm and welcoming team.
On their behalf I am seeking an experienced Customer Service/Parts Rep for an internal customer service role.
You will be joining a hardworking team of 6, dealing with key retail customers as well as smaller trade businesses.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in automotive parts, with an outgoing and obliging personality – someone who loves to provide the best in sales and customer service!
This role is mainly focused around in-bound customer service and sales calls, however in the quiet periods it will be part of your role to call existing customers to see if they have any needs.
