We offer a rare opportunity to join a Childcare and Preschool who provide quality care and educational programmes in a fun filled family environment.As their sole Office Administrator you will be responsible for keeping the APT database and Cash Manager up to date, ensuring ACE payroll records are accurate, completing fortnightly wages, reconciling parents accounts, keeping WINZ childcare subsidy records up to date, accounts payable, PAYE returns, GST returns, accounts receivable, handling inquiries from parents and staff, ordering stationery and typing newsletters.This is a fantastic role for variety and interaction with both staff and parents.The successful applicant will have the ability to work unsupervised, have initiative and flexibility along with exceptional communication skills. Excellent computer skills will be required within the Microsoft Suite along with experience with accounting software (ideally Cash Manager and ACE Payroll). The database (APT Childcare Management System) is designed to keep track of childrens’ bookings, attendance, WINZ subsidies, invoices and payments, budgets and income analysis.
