We imagine the future and create it.Were looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team based inWellington, New Zealand for 10 months.Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager youll be the first point of contact for our retailers and customers providing information about products, orders, deliveries, promotions and sales issues. Youll provide a first class customer service experience to all who touch the business.To be successful in this role youll have:
- experience and successful track record in a Customer Service or Sales Support role, in a fast-paced, high growth company
- tertiary qualification in a business discipline
- outstanding customer service standards
- excellent communication skills in particular a confident and positive phone manner
- high attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
- solutions- oriented and proactive in problem solving
Youll also be:
- passionate about Icebreaker and experienced our product
- confident, enthusiastic and outgoing and have a natural ability to engage and persuade others
- flexible and able to adapt well to changing business requirements
