The Cornershop needs a talented sous chef for mid November start. The successful applicant needs to be able to cook to a top standard with consistency and confidence. Our menu is French inspired with an emphasis on fresh produce, balanced flavours and customer satisfaction. This is a duty Chef position working closely with the head chef /owner in all aspects of running the kitchen. In the new year, an opportunity for promotion to the head chef role exists for the right person. Creative input within the style of our business is welcome. Experience in a restaurant of similar calibre is preferred and hours per week range in the mid forties from Wednesday through Sunday.
