My client is a leader in their field and a reputable national company.We are currently seeking a Credit Control Officer to fill a permanent position, based in Whangarei.Key criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a Financial Credit Control role
- Fast and accurate data entry
- To ensure that cash flow is optimised and that bad debts are minimised through the provision of best credit control practices, effective staff management and reporting formats and procedures
- Timely and accurate collection of all outstanding monies
- Ensure collection targets achieved
- Open new accounts as required
- Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Strong communication skills
- A great work ethic
