Our client, a leader in the womens fitness industry, is looking for an inspiring Gym Manager to commence work immediately.
This gym, based in the northern suburbs, has a close knit team culture that really value and reward staff for a strong work ethic and subsequent results. Their clients are equally as appreciated, and to ensure they have a fantastic experience there is regular contact and follow up with them. They have up-to-the-minute technology to assist their clients with their fitness objectives and promote a holistic approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
This is a role with a lot of variety where you will predominantly be required to sell gym memberships to new customers but also be able to lead and inspire a team of personal trainers. You will have fantastic customer service skills and enjoy dealing with people in a face to face and telephone environment. This permanent position offers a good retainer plus the opportunity to earn commission. You will be required to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8 am 6pm with occasional weekend work.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a previous sales role and show you are results oriented. You will also need to prove you have had prior experience mentoring a team and be people focused. You will need to demonstrate you are competent with learning new computer systems and have a strong desire to work within the fitness industry.
