CityLife Auckland‘s Food and Beverage Department consists of Zest restaurant & bar, two function areas, mini-bars and room service.We currently have a great opportunity as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will have high standards of yourself and others. Ensuring that the Food & Beverage Department runs smoothly whilst you are on shift, you will make guest satisfaction your priority and ensure the we kept our high standards.The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Ensuring efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests.
- Managing guest complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome
- Maintaining smooth service and communication between the kitchen and front of house
- Assisting management with extra duties such as Rosters, Stocktakes, new departmental initiatives
The key skills required for this role include:
- Experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor
- An adaptable natural leadership style
- Proven experience in training and development of staff
- Excellent general food and beverage knowledge
