This is a three month contract with the potential to extend within an Auckland CBD based wealth management company. To be successful in this role you will come from an operational or administration background within compliance or risk.Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the Risk and Compliance Manager to support the formulation of policies
- Support the business to implement and manage new legislative initiatives and compliance policies
- Record and report on business incidents
- Assist in the collation of monthly and quarterly incident reports
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders including risk, compliance and legal.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous exposure to risk methodology
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills with the ability to create pivot tables
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- One to two years experience in a risk and compliance role with experience in due diligence and reporting for other business units
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
