The Field Support Services team is both process and technology focused and is responsible for delivering a highly available Microsoft/Intel infrastructure through the use of effective people, processes and technologies.Ideally you’ll be currently working in an infrastructure support role and are looking for that next challenge in your career.You are passionate in sharing knowledge with and mentoring others. Coupled with this, you are forward thinking and constantly looking to up-skill. Your communication skills are second to none, as is your ability to relate to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.You are highly adaptable to new technologies with a sharp attention to detail. You additionally enjoy troubleshooting and resolving escalated Window’s desktop issues.We are looking for a team player who above all is dedicated and highly motivated. You will take ownership and deliver with uncompromising excellence.Special attributes for this role include:
- A minimum of two years operational experience in Microsoft technologies and virtual environments, with client operating systems.
- Holistic experience with supporting client based operating systems, from the hardware they run on, to the networks that they communicate on.
- Experience providing input into operational strategies.
- Experience with SCCM and WSUS is desirable.
