This entry level position is your chance to become part of a small, friendly team in a well established company. Award Appliances (NZ) Ltd is one of New Zealand‘s leading and recognized distributors of quality European Appliances including: ASKO, Award, Magimix, Dualit and Liebherr.
The Applicant
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to turn their hand to any task thrown their way. This position would ideally suit a person who has a background in an office environment and has the ability to function unsupervised.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
  • Intermediate/Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and the Internet.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Effective and efficient time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with a previous accounting/inventory programme would be an advantage but is not essential.
The Position
Based at the companies head office on Blenheim Road the role is varied and will involve general administration duties including: sales support, customer service, filing and assisting management when required.Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
