As a store manager for this brand you will have full responsibility for your store and staffing. Your team consists of 4 -8 staff and training and up skilling is constant for you and them. The store hosts a busy environment and customer service and product knowledge are key. This role has its challenges and you will need to lead by example in a hands on nature as well as have a head for financials. You will need
- To have managed teams of 4+ staff in a sales environment
- To have a love for ever changing technology
- The ability to drive and motivate a retail team with proven experience
- A head for business as you will be responsible for all areas from margins to cost
- A minimum of 3 years in retail store management
