This friendly New Zealand owned and operated motor insurance company are looking for a claims officer to join their team. - claims or underwriting experience preferably within motor insurance
- managing a portfolio of claims from end to end
- debt recovery experience is advantageous as this is one aspect of the role (training on the job for this)
- exceptional written and verbal communication
This is a unique environment where you will be given the opportunity to get involved in business improvement projects. Your main role however will be managing a portfolio of claims from receipt through to settlement. This will require you to have exceptional attention to detail and strong investigative skills. Communicating with repairers and customers in a professional manner is a key aspect to this role.
