Stellar Recruitment is currently working with an organisation recognised for delivering quality products while maintaining a solid commitment to its employees and their development. Due to the continued growth of this already large operation they now require an experienced Maintenance Planner to join their team.The successful candidate will be passionate about planning and focused on ensuring plant availability and reliability is optimised whilst identifying cost reduction opportunities for the business. As the site’s maintenance planner you will play a vital role within the maintenance department utilising all of your skills and experience to achieve company objectives.In this role you will:
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities for the fixed plant equipment
- Analyse and distribute reports on maintenance activities
- Design and oversee schedules and work activities
- Liaise with the client on site to ensure maximum plant availability and minimised down time
To be successful for this role you will ideally have:
- A trade background with relevant trade certification
- Previous experience planning for mineral processing plants
- CMMS exposure such as Ellipse, JDE, Oracle coupled with MS Project would be highly regarded
- Experience working with fixed plant mining equipment e.g. conveyors, crushers, screens, etc
