We are currently seeking Project Managers with strong Commercial Construction experience for major new build projects. Ideally you will come via a construction trades and site management background, with the proven ability to lead teams of tradespersons, co-ordinate with clients and deliver projects on time and on budget. You will need a sound knowledge of local codes and legislation, and either be locally based or keen to relocate to Christchurch. You will:
- Be adaptable, professional, with good communication skills, especially with trades, sub-contractors, site staff and clients
- Have a good understanding of, and experience in, the commercial construction sector at project management level
- Show leadership, professional initiative and motivation at all times
