Brand Developers, trading as the TV Shop is seeking experienced Inbound Call Centre Operators to join our hard working team.
As an Inbound Operator you will be responsible for taking telephone response from our customers who are interested in our products advertised on the TV. This includes:
- Answering the phone in an efficient & professional manner
- Data entry of information onto our database
- Basic telephony for non sales related calls
We currently require staff to workon a casual basis across a range of shifts from 8am to 10pm Monday – Sunday.
Flexibility is also essential as you will also be required to work statutory days (our biggest selling days).
You will have previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a high volume environment. Naturally you will have good computer skills with fast and accurate data entry skills, great phone manner and most importantly you will personify professionalism with your communication skills, work ethic, and commitment.
