Our Personal Lines Team is customer-focused and committed to building quality relationships with insurance brokers throughout the country.Due to staffing movements we have an opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our business as an Account Manager. In this role your ultimate responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with the brokers in your portfolio and identify opportunties for growth. On a day to day basis, you would underwrite new policies for your allocated brokers, providing them with solution focused, high level customer service.You will be joining a team of passionate, interactive and motivated people, who come from a variety of backgrounds. What they all have in common is the focus to deliver exceptional service to their customers.To join our team you will need the ability to communicate clearly via phone and email as the majority of your interaction with the brokers will be using these mediums. You will have a passion for providing high-level customer service and you put in the time and effort to build strong relationships with your clients. You will also enjoy working in a team environment and have an interest in learning more about the insurance industry.If you join our team, we’d provide you with comprehensive training from the out-set and we’re also committed to the ongoing development of our staff.
