This fantastic Assistant Manager role is based inNEW PLYMOUTH. Their new store is due to open in November on a short-term lease to start with. Along with the support ofthe Store Manager you will help lead a team of4-5 direct reports. Ideally you will combine your passion for the outdoors with an impressive record of success in sales performance, staff training and motivationYou arean inspirational leader with a passion to develop a team culture that exceeds customer expectations on a daily basis.
To be eligible for the role you must have these qualities-

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High motivation and enthusiasm
- Dedication and the ability to work under pressure
