To understand their business, inside and out; in order to come up with the best solution and increase our services offerings to them. You will also bring extensive knowledge of the documentation required to secure new and document project work.SMSS a successful software company, requires a professional services consultant to join the team working with our clients to ensure they are using our software and capability as intended. In your role as a high-level analyst, you will utilize your knowledge of software systems to map the processes. Understand customer technical and business requirements and scope work effort for engagements. Put together proposals and pricing solutions. Drawing on your extensive knowledge of best practice, you will make recommendations on organisational and systems improvements and best practices. Being a professional consultant with a solid grounding at a professional services company/companies, you will facilitate the information gathering, gap analysis and formulation of the recommendations on the future state systems. Industry specific knowledge in the tertiary sector would be an advantage but not essential Demonstrate capabilities of our software solution during presales engagements.
