Auckland Transport requires the expertise of a Service Monitoring and Reporting Analyst to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop, implement, and manage a critical measurement, monitoring, and reporting framework for the IT and Business Systems team. You will be leading this initiative through reporting on SLAs, projects and service performance, thereby analysing and identifying any service and performance gaps. A critical component to this role is being able to analyse the data you have gathered and to write meaningful business reports from this for the management and executive teams and the rest of the Transport business.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience in establishing and generating comprehensive reports covering a variety of performance measures, e.g. Balance score cards
- Experience developing dashboardfrom scratch – preferrable to an executive level
- Proficient Microsoft office suite skills with Sharepoint experience preferred but not compulsory.
- ITIl certification and a relevant tertiary education.
- Business object experience
- Proven analytical and interpretive skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
