We are seeking aChange Manager, to work on a 3 month contract, who will work with the Change team, ProjectManagers and Line Managers supporting effective delivery of change interventions.
You will develop and maintain Change Management Plans ensuring the “people” elements are built into project implementation and that our people are supported through the process of change. It is essential you maintain quality in analysis and delivery, ensuring change interventions are effective and continue to meet the needs of our ever changing business.
Integral to success will be your ability to work well with people, leading a small team carrying out Change interventions, ensuring engagement and involvement of all stakeholders.
