We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced person to come and join our Retail team as Sales Coach -Northern region, based in Rotorua.
This role is responsible forproviding direct coaching support to our branch leaders to enable them to effectively coach their teams and lift retail banking sales capability as well as coaching for an external focus to ensure visibility in the community and accompanying results.
You will be highly skilled in ensuring coaching interventions align with customer service related performance objectives. Working closely with the Regional Manager and Branch Manager to identify learning needs of individual staff and to work to continuously improve processes that will enhance service delivery.
Ideally you will come with a strong portfolio of coaching/training achievements gained within the Financial Services industry and be able to demonstrate your success in coaching others and your understanding of Training Needs Analysis methodology and practical application.
