We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and dynamic Training & Development Specialist who is passionate about training to contribute to the growth of JR/Duty Free and the development of our people. With new systems and projects in place we are looking for a Trainer in delivering training solutions to support the implementation of a new POS, warehousing and back office system and enhancing our operational based training capabilities.
Your key priority will be the development and delivery of train the trainer programs for subject matter experts, to up-skill, inspire and provide them with the tools to deliver training on the new systems to all sales and operational team members. You will design and develop e-learning programs and utilise an innovative web based HR tool to assist in the delivery. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be part of the HR Team.
What does it take to be successful in this role?
You will be an experienced Trainer and have a proven track record in training/learning and development, and adult learning. You will have strong project management experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office and an exposure to E- learning will be desirable.
Qualities that set you apart is your collaborative, down-to-earth and engaging style, your superb communication, influencing and relationship building skills and ability to relate with ease to people at all levels. You will be tenacious, resilient and have a can-do attitude with a flexible, proactive and positive approach.
