Currently we are expanding our New Zealand operations and within our Auckland CBD team we are seeking Claims Case Manager to join our Travel Insurance Claims team.
You will be responsible for the managing the end to end claims process in an efficient and customer service focused manner in line with industry legislation.
In addition to claims management, you will also assist with responding to customer and client queries within designated timeframes.
